Once we receive your shipping quote request, we will contact you within 2 business days to present you with our rates for your shipment. Depending on the details you provide, and the complexity of the shipping quote required, we may ask you for additional information in order to present you with an accurate quote.

Please note: If you do not receive a response from us within this timeframe, it is because we won’t be able to fulfil your request, as we cannot offer the service you require.

If you need to change some details or add information to your quote request, please send an email to [email protected] indicating the reference number (Quote ID #) that appears in your request confirmation email.

Due to the weekly fluctuation of the prices given by freight carriers, we will only be able to provide you with estimated rates, for budgetary purposes. Once your cargo is ready to be shipped, our sales team will present you an accurate offer.
